OHAFC V's Kingfisher Unity
6 - 3

Early on, in some difficult playing conditions, Liam Thomas was denied a goal from a great strike by the Kingfisher keeper tipping it onto the crossbar. Soon after, Martin Butler had a superb effort rebound from the post and suddenly Old House found themselves 2 - 0 down from a quick ball over the top and lightening runs from a kingfisher forward. Keeping their heads, Old House battled away and Butler slotted one in the corner of the goal to bring it back to 2 - 1 down, just before half time.

After the break, Old House came out all guns blazing'and Simon Charles powered through the defence to finish off a great move to bring Old House level. He then proceded to put the home side in front with a well placed header from a corner kick. Old House continued to pile on the pressure and Butler got his second of the game by showing some great skill and calmly rounding the defence and placing it past the keeper. A calamity moment from the Old House keeper Chris 'chocolate wrists' Johnson gifted Kingfisher a goal against the run of play.

However, the game was already won and Butler soon followed to complete his hat-trick from another poorly-defended corner and proceded to stamp his dominance on the game with a fourth from outside the box. After a great performance and a convincing win, Old House have 3 points in the bag and now look forward with anticipation to adding to this tally in their mid-week clash with old rivals Bournville Celtic.
